We are always pleased to hear from families who are interested in joining Heydays Preschool. Choosing a preschool is an important step, and we want the process to feel as welcoming and straightforward as possible. We would encourage families to get in touch to arrange a visit, meet the team and have a look around the setting so you can get a feel for daily life at Heydays.

We welcome children from the age of two and aim to offer a nurturing, home-from-home environment where children feel safe, valued and ready to learn through play, relationships and meaningful experiences. If you are interested in a place for your child, we would be very happy to talk through session options, funding and availability with you.

Admissions for September 2026 and September 2027 are now open. If you would like to register your child, please complete our registration form and return it to us. We also understand that families sometimes need a place outside the usual September intake, so mid-term admissions may be possible depending on current availability.

From September 2026, Wednesday sessions will be available to all children. Our older preschool children will continue to enjoy carefully planned opportunities that help build confidence and familiarity with school life, including lunch at Four Marks Primary School on Wednesdays, while our younger children, including 2-year-olds, will remain on site for a rich, nurturing day of play, exploration, stories, outdoor experiences and familiar routines.

To secure a place at Heydays, we require a non-refundable deposit of £40 at the time of registration. Due to demand for places, we ask that children are registered to attend on at least two different days per week.

There may also be an opportunity for a home visit before your child starts at Heydays, where current guidance allows. We know transitions matter, and we always aim to help children and families feel as comfortable and supported as possible as they begin their journey with us.
